1 Good morning and welcome aboard! Traveling to Chattanooga today via I-40 and I-75, (Asheville and Knoxville), seeing lots of beautiful scenery as our route takes us through the Great Smoky Mountains of Western North Carolina and Eastern Tennessee. Upon arrival, we’ll visit the Tennessee Aquarium, the largest fresh water aquarium in the United States, home to more than 12,000 animals. After dinner we’ll check into our hotel in Chattanooga, our home for the next two nights.

2 We’ll board the Southern Belle Riverboat for a delightful luncheon cruise on the Tennessee River. On our narrated cruise we’ll pass historic sites, enjoy some great entertainment and of course see some spectacular fall foliage! Our guided tour of Ruby Falls takes us along the cave path revealing a beautiful cavern with unique formations and a spectacular 145’ waterfall. Prepare for a thrilling ride on “America’s Most Amazing Mile”, the Incline Railway. The 72.7 percent grade of the track offers breathtaking views as we climb “above the clouds” to the highest point on Lookout Mountain.

3 This morning we’ll take an unforgettable journey high atop Lookout Mountain to Rock City Gardens. On a clear day we can see seven states from Lover’s Leap! Stroll along the woodland paths and discover massive rock formations and gardens. There will be time to experience the magic of Fairyland Caverns and Mother Goose Village before heading home. We arrive early evening with lots of special memories of a great fall getaway!
