Will I receive a statement for my final balance?
We do not send statements for your final balance. Please keep a record of your payments - deduct these from your tour price and this will be your balance due. Please note the name of the tour on your check on all payments that you send to our office. We receive hundreds of payments and this is a big help to our posting department.

Will I receive any documents on One-Day tours?
Since there are no baggage tags or hotel information, etc., we do not send documents on one-day tours. You will be given a departure location and time approximately seven days before date of the tour.

If I cancel, can I get my money back?
Please refer to the cancellation penalty information in the General Tour Information.
Who will be the Tour Director and Driver on my tour?
The Director and Driver are not assigned until a short time before a tour departs. We feel that all of our Directors and Drivers are very professional and do a great job. We know you will like them all.

Where will I meet the motor coach for my tour?
We can’t pick-up passengers in every town however, we do try to make our departure locations as convenient as possible (depending on the number of passengers we have from any given area and the direction the tour is heading). We expect you to meet the coach at the pick-up location nearest to your hometown. Please do not change your location unless you notify our office. Your baggage tags are denoted for the town closest to you. Please be at your departure location 15 or more minutes before your scheduled departure time.

Will I receive any flyers or other catalogs during the year?
We only send one catalog per year. We suggest you keep your current catalog until the new one is published. A lot of the most popular tours are close to the same date from year to year.

Do gift certificates expire?
Purchased gift certificates expire 5 years from date of purchase. Non purchased gift certificates expire 1 year from date on the gift certificate. Only 1 gift certificate can be used per booking.
