Please note: We take your reservation as a serious commitment. If for any reason you cannot take the tour, please notify our office immediately.

Due to the time and expense involved in issuing refunds on cancellations, and in order to keep our tour prices as reasonable as possible, there is a small handling fee for all cancellations regardless of the date canceled or the reason. The amount is $10 per person (or couple) per cancellation.

FINAL DOCUMENTS: Approximately seven days prior to departure, you will be mailed the final documents for your tour. Information included will be departure times, hotel phone numbers, baggage tags and other pertinent information. No documents will be sent out on one-day tours – you will be notified by phone seven days before departure. Please note this information on your calendar. We appreciate your understanding, as these are ways we save you money on your tour price.

SEAT ROTATION: Seats are not assigned, they are strictly first-come – first-served. Seat rotation is mandatory on a daily basis or at the discretion of the tour director. There are no exceptions to the seat rotation policy.

LUGGAGE: You are allowed one large suitcase or garment bag per person and one small canvas or nylon “carry on” bag per person. Your large suitcase or garment bag should weigh no more than 47 pounds. You are responsible for your “carry on” bag.

DEVOTIONALS: We honor Sundays with a nondenominational devotion on the motor coach.

CHANGES TO THE TOUR ITINERARY: Toney Tours pledges to make every effort to operate all tours as advertised. At times, circumstances beyond our control such as canceled shows, lines, traffic, closures, weather and late arrivals can severely restrict timing and cause items to be excluded. We will make every effort to substitute a missed attraction or event with one similar but cannot guarantee this. In the event weather or other circumstances force the extension of a tour, Toney Tours will arrange additional lodging; however, the expense will be the responsibility of the passenger along with all other personal expenses.

No carrier shall have or incur any responsibility or liability to any person taking these tours except its liability as a common carrier. Tour Operator reserves the right to decline or retain any person as a member of a tour at any time. Although every effort is made to handle passengers’ luggage carefully, Tour Operator cannot be responsible, assume liability claims for loss or damage to luggage and personal effects due to breakage, theft, or fair wear and tear through hotel, airline and group carrier handling. It is important to have adequate personal travel insurance to cover these circumstances.
